1. Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage documentation including Deviations, APQR, Market Complaints, Change Control, CAPA, and more.
- Conduct self-inspections and perform risk assessment activities.
- Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee Vendor Management and QA documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Quality Control (QC)
Qualifications: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on analyses of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, Stability tests, and Laboratory Investigations.
- Proficient in instrumental analysis using HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and other laboratory equipment.
- Ensure computer proficiency with QMS, SAP, LIMS, and Trackwise to maintain high-quality standards.
3. Engineering
Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC systems and Purified Water Systems, with a focus on qualification and calibration.
- Maintain process equipment and keep documentation up to date.
- Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA Systems to ensure efficient operations.
