Job Summary
Cognizant is also seeking a Trainee – Junior Data Analyst for our CDM/PV team. If you have 0 to 3 years of experience and are eager to learn and grow in the field of data analysis and customer management, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Manage and process customer data using MS Excel, ensuring detailed accuracy.
- Customer Management: Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring professional and empathetic responses.
- Feedback Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
