- Customer Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints, including investigation, corrective actions, and the formulation of 8D reports for field failure analysis.
- Cost of Quality Analysis: Implement different parameters for capturing the Cost of Quality and lead initiatives like “5S” implementation.
- Supplier Quality Systems: Collaborate with suppliers to implement systems such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Quality Assurance plans, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
