Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving Raw Materials: As per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), you’ll be responsible for the receipt of raw materials and posting of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP.
- Dispensing Activities: Perform dispensing activities of raw materials and complete all related entries in SAP to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain all cGMP records and documentation in the Operational Management System (OMS) in a timely manner.
- Change Control Management: Prepare change control proposals and initiate change control processes in SAP, ensuring compliance with approved protocols.
- SOP Preparation: Draft Standard Operating Procedures as per approved change control and assign necessary trainings to concerned personnel through the Aspire Learning Management System (LMS).
- Incident Management: Initiate incident reporting, deviations, and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) in SAP related to warehouse operations.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, Out of Specifications (OOS), and Out of Trends (OOT) related to warehouse activities.
- Qualification Protocols: Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols, executing qualification activities as per approved protocols.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform UAT in SAP based on service request requirements, ensuring system integrity and reliability.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) is required.
- Experience: Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for those with relevant warehouse experience.
