As an Entry-Level Life Science Recruiter (US Staffing) at Unicon Pharma, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for life sciences roles in the US market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Resume Screening: Reviewing resumes and cover letters to match job requirements with suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and account managers.
- Candidate Support: Assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process by answering queries, scheduling interviews, and following up.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Learning & Development: Participating in training programs and workshops to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Entry-Level Life Science Recruiter (US Staffing) role at Unicon Pharma, you must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related Life Science field.
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
