Responsibilities of the Role
As a Medical Copy Writer, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and updating content for various commercial assets across digital and print channels, such as banner ads, emails, social media posts, slide kits, patient guidelines, leaflets, and conference materials.
- Ensuring compliance with medical, regulatory, and legal guidelines while adhering to client policies and country-specific regulations.
- Collaborating with graphic design teams, brand teams, and production teams to deliver creative content.
- Participating in client calls, workshops, and project briefs to meet project requirements.
- Following best practices for content creation, project management, and documentation, ensuring quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Staying up-to-date with scientific developments and applying them to projects.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you need:
- A healthcare-related degree or equivalent qualification (Master’s preferred).
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharma sector, preferably in an agency or in-house creative role.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in markets and knowledge of fields like respiratory and immunology, oncology, and rare diseases.
- Strong writing skills with a conceptual ability, passion for digital content, and an understanding of SEO copywriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in a large multinational company with a matrix environment is a plus.
