Key Responsibilities in the Role
As an In-Vivo Coordinator specializing in ADME/DMPK, your primary responsibilities will include:
Operational Management
- Develop and implement operating policies and procedures essential for conducting studies as specified by study protocols and SOPs.
- Ensure all activities are well-documented and comply with regulatory requirements.
Study Expertise
- Oversee a variety of studies, including:
- Pharmacokinetic (PK) studies
- Toxicology studies
- Efficacy models
- Xenograft models
Research Collaboration
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of in-vivo studies.
- Maintain high standards of scientific integrity and accuracy throughout the research process.
Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- Postgraduate degree (MS/M.Sc) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Biology.
- Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in in-vivo studies, ADME/DMPK, or related fields.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in conducting in-vivo studies, including PK, toxicology, and efficacy models.
- Hands-on experience with xenograft models and other advanced experimental setups.
- Strong knowledge of operating protocols and regulatory compliance.
