Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc or M.Pharm
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural elucidation and quantification for samples using 1D and 2D NMR techniques.
- Perform NMR analysis for nuclei like 1H, 13C, 19F, 31P, D2O exchange, and VT NMR.
- Carry out quantitative NMR (qNMR) for purity estimation of samples.
- Set up advanced NMR experiments such as:
- Water suppression
- DEPT
- COSY
- NOESY
- HSQC
- HMQC
- HMBC
- Manage routine maintenance and troubleshooting of NMR machines to ensure smooth operations.
