Job Responsibilities: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager at Syngene, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation and Inside Sales:
- Identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Developing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Customer Profiling:
- Researching and profiling customers to tailor solutions to their needs.
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the CRO and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
A Master’s degree in Life Sciences is mandatory. - Experience:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the CRO industry or life sciences domain is highly preferred.
