Key Responsibilities of the Role

1. Collaborate with the MIS team for effective data management and analysis.
2. Serve as the single point of contact for all data-related inquiries at Indira IVF.
3. Conduct research and define parameters for new studies.
4. Analyze data and generate statistical reports for presentations and studies.
5. Design clinical trials to evaluate new projects and initiatives.
6. Develop targeted statistical studies to advance medical research efforts.
7. Determine sample sizes for proposed studies.
8. Coordinate with clinical research coordinators across multiple sites for clinical trials.
9. Design study methodologies and create CRFs (Case Report Forms) with clinician inputs.
10. Ensure adherence to scientific methodologies throughout the research process.
11. Standardize data compilation across centers and perform daily data audits.
12. Guide teams in rectifying and maintaining data accuracy.
13. Contribute to interpreting and publishing research results.
14. Stay updated on new statistical methods and advancements.
15. Actively participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and process improvement projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Msc, BSc, Lifesciences, Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• 1-6 years of relevant experience in biostatistics or clinical research.

Key Skills:

1. Proficiency in SPSS and advanced statistical models such as generalized linear models, survival analyses, and mixed models.
2. In-depth understanding of probability, statistics theory, and data management principles.
3. Applied knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trials and medical research.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience in managing projects and team coordination.
6. Effective time management and organizational skills.
7. Strong focus on quality and timely work delivery.
