Job Responsibilities:
- Formulation and Development – Regulatory Market: Contribute to the formulation and development of pharmaceutical products for regulatory markets.
- New Product Development: Participate in the development of new pharmaceutical products, from concept to commercialization.
- Literature Search: Conduct literature searches to gather relevant information for product development and regulatory submissions.
- Support for Documentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of technical documents such as Quality, Quantity, Formulation (QQF), Master Formula Index (MFI), specifications, and Product Development Reports (PDR).
- Technology Transfer Support: Support the transfer of technology for regulatory projects, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Technical Documentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of technical documents required for regulatory submissions and internal use.
- Execution of Technology Transfer Batches: Support the execution of technology transfer batches, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
- Internal Customer Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical Research and Development Laboratory (ARDL), Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) to provide technical support and coordination.
- Sample Support: Provide support for sample preparation and analysis as required.
- Self-Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and align with organizational goals. Define Key Result Areas (KRA) to drive personal and organizational growth.
- Support to Departmental Team Members: Assist other team members within the formulation and development department as needed.
- Instrument/Equipment Qualification and Calibration: Participate in instrument/equipment qualification, calibration, verification, and provide laboratory support as required.
