1. Production Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
Experience:
Advertisement
- 2-3 years as an Executive in the Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement production programs to achieve targets using minimal resources
- Ensure product quality at every stage of production
- Monitor and verify OPRP’s and CCP
- Handle manpower effectively
- Implement process controls and corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure product identification, traceability, and appropriate testing
- Maintain and verify records
2. Quality Control & Assurance Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
Experience:
- 2-3 years as an Executive in the Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize sampling, inspection, and testing
- Conduct tests such as Ash, Particle Size/Defect Analysis, Moisture, and Microbiology
- Ensure good laboratory practices
- Assist in customer complaint analysis
- Support Head QA in product release or hold activities
- Verify and maintain quality records
3. Production Officer/Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
Experience:
- 1-2 years in production as an Officer/Supervisor in the Food Industry
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize quality production in shifts while optimizing resource usage
- Monitor and implement process control parameters
- Maintain production records
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Operate and maintain process equipment such as dryers, graders, and grinding mills
- Manage drying, grading, sorting, and grinding operations
- Conduct verification and compliance checks for HACCP and GMP
- Assist with audits, corrective actions, and manpower management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment
