Job Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, your role will encompass a variety of crucial tasks to ensure the success of research studies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Enrollment:
- Recruiting and enrolling study participants.
- Ensuring participants meet the study criteria.
- Data Management:
- Inputting clinical research data into electronic data systems accurately.
- Proper archival of case report forms and related documents.
- Participant Coordination:
- Scheduling and coordinating patient visits and procedures related to the study.
- Acting as a resource for study participants by answering queries and explaining procedures.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensuring the study site complies with local and federal laws and regulations.
- Creating thorough documentation of study protocols and updating them as necessary.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinating with study sites, sponsors, ethics committees, and the Principal Investigator for smooth study conduct.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related Life Sciences fields.
- Additional qualification of a Diploma in Clinical Research is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- 0-5 years of prior experience in clinical research.
- Skills:
- Superior analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Advanced organizational and planning capabilities.
