Job Responsibilities
Study Director
As a Study Director, you will:
- Lead GLP-compliant research studies involving mammalian and bacterial cell culture.
- Design, plan, and execute research projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Interpret scientific data and compile comprehensive study reports.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to research protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize study processes.
Study Personnel
As a Study Personnel team member, you will:
- Support the Study Director in conducting GLP-compliant research studies.
- Perform hands-on experiments involving mammalian and bacterial cell culture.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate research records.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
Study Director
- Education: PhD/ MVSc/ M.Pharm/ MSc / M.Tech in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in a GLP-compliant research environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in mammalian and bacterial cell culture, leadership, and data analysis.
Study Personnel
- Education: MVSc/ M.Pharm/ MSc / M.Tech in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years in a GLP-compliant research environment.
- Skills: Hands-on expertise in cell culture techniques, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Preferred Skills for Both Roles
- Commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research setting.
