About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing internal audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest quality standards in the formulation and OSD manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Oversee the qualification and validation of equipment, processes, and systems (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Maintain and improve quality management systems (QMS) and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance during international regulatory inspections such as USFDA, EDQM, etc.
  • Handle data integrity concerns in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with Warehousing and Engineering teams on operations like dispensing, dispatch, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Manage and utilize software like TrackWise, Document Management, LMS, LIMS, CMMS, etc.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in QA roles within the formulation or OSD manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality risk management and regulatory knowledge.
  • Proven track record in handling global regulatory inspections.
  • Experience in training, laboratory compliance, and QMS risk analysis.

Job Location: Uppal, Hyderabad


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience: 8+ years in Technology Transfer, Process Engineering, and Technical Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology transfer from lab scale to pilot scale and plant scale.
  • Implement cost-effective and energy-saving systems.
  • Drive yield improvement and capacity enhancement activities in the plant.
  • Monitor and analyze plant processes, equipment performance, and production output for process optimization.
  • Ensure safer process conditions by reviewing RC, DSC, powder safety, and gas evolution data.
  • Contribute to manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in technology absorption and process monitoring.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and energy-efficient systems in manufacturing.
