Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in a regulatory-approved biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical company
Key Skills
- Team player with a result-oriented mindset
- Strong focus on achieving goals while maintaining compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and effective CAPA implementation
- Proficiency in Quality Management System (QMS) processes
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements to meet USFDA, EU, and MHRA standards
- Manage QMS documentation, including:
- Change controls
- Deviations
- Investigations
- OOS/OOT reports
- Validation protocols
- CAPA management
