Key Responsibilities
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):
- Lead projects such as field force sizing, targeting, call planning, alignment, incentive compensation, and dashboard reporting for pharmaceutical clients.
- Conduct Test & Control Analysis and MMX for actionable insights.
- Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Develop SQL queries and Tableau dashboards to track KPIs.
- Integrate and analyze data from patient claims, Rx, CRM, and other pharma-commercial datasets to enhance decision-making.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with onshore teams and clients to manage project activities.
- Ensure end-to-end engagement management while mentoring junior team members.
- Process Excellence:
- Maintain SOPs, BRDs, and process maps, while implementing best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analytics.
Qualifications
- Education:
- MBA, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Master’s in Life Sciences.
- Alternatively, B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME in Engineering.
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in SFE, IC Analytics, dashboard reporting, targeting & segmentation, Test & Control Analysis, or MMX.
- Mandatory experience working with life sciences clients.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
Work Environment
- Location: Bengaluru or Pune, India.
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office).
