Responsibilities in the Job: As a fresher joining Emcure Pharmaceuticals, your role will vary based on the department you are assigned to. Some of the general responsibilities may include:
- NDDS (Novel Drug Delivery Systems): Involve in the formulation, development, and evaluation of innovative drug delivery systems.
- F&D (Formulation & Development): Participate in the development of new pharmaceutical formulations and ensure quality standards are met.
- ADL (Analytical Development Lab): Perform analytical testing, research, and validation to ensure the quality of products.
- QA (Quality Assurance): Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the highest levels of quality in manufacturing processes.
- QC (Quality Control): Monitor and analyze the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
- Microbiology: Conduct microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and maintain standards in the production environment.
- Engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation): Support the maintenance and improvement of equipment, facilities, and instrumentation systems.
Qualifications: We are looking for freshers who meet the following educational qualifications:
- M.Pharm (Specializations in QA, Derma, Respiratory, Pharmacology)
- B.Pharm
- M.Sc/B.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology)
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Instrumentation)
Passout Year: 2022/2023/2024
Skills:
- Strong academic foundation and subject knowledge.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
