1. CRD Scientist

Location: Pashamylaram
Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 8-9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis.
• Manage reactions from milligrams to gram scales.
• Apply isolation, separation, and purification techniques.
• Utilize spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC for molecule characterization.
• Design efficient and environmentally friendly routes of synthesis.
• Conduct Contract Research and Custom Synthesis projects.
• Operate High-Pressure Reactors effectively.
• Lead teams to deliver projects within timelines.

2. Maintenance – Sr. Electrician

Location: Pashamylaram
Qualification: ITI (Electrical) or DEE
Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DG Sets, Transformers, UPS Systems, PCC, and MCC Panels.
• Perform maintenance of ACBs, VCB, AB Switches, and PCVCBs.
• Respond promptly to site breakdowns and manage vendor follow-ups.
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain AHUs, Chillers Compressors, Cooling Towers, and R&D Equipment.

3. FRD Research Scientist

Location: Hyderabad (Balanagar)
Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics)
Experience: 8-9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the analytical team for product development sample planning.
• Lead end-to-end product development for oral solid dosages, solutions, and ointments.
• Design and execute pharmaceutical development experiments including pre-formulation trials and compatibility studies.
• Conduct process optimization and define critical process parameters using the QBD concept.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
