- Kit Material Supply (KMS) Management: Define and maintain the KMS system at both project and site levels in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Work Order Management: Enter work orders into the database while adhering to project-specific requirements.
- Inventory Adjustments: Make adjustments to inventory levels based on site reports or project changes.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any complex kit supply issues and communicate with the Project Manager (PM) to ensure resolutions are timely.
- Site Assistance: Help investigator sites with researching and resupplying collection kits and materials as needed.
- Database Maintenance: Work with the Investigator Support Team to review and research incoming orders.
- System Customization: Adjust or customize the KMS system to meet the specific needs of investigator sites.
