Responsibilities

The Clinical Project Associate will:

  • Adhere to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
  • Complete all required training within established timelines.
  • Manage daily tasks to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Handle project and technical documentation effectively.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments.
  • Perform quality checks on work completed to ensure accuracy.
  • Track and report metrics as determined by management.
  • Assist in the implementation of revised processes and procedures.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly by escalating as needed.
  • Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions across departments.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and mentoring team members to achieve competency in daily tasks.
  • Maintaining up-to-date training files and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Assessing workload and prioritizing projects effectively.
  • Conducting peer quality checks and suggesting steps for process improvement.
  • Preparing and delivering training, including creating agendas and materials.
  • Reviewing and updating SOPs/WIs and submitting version-controlled documents to the global QA SOP team.

Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the assigned tasks and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing and documenting project tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software applications.
  • Proven ability to mentor and train team members.
