Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Curation
- Perform complex data abstraction, interpretation, and entry for specified disease and project requirements.
- Contribute to team meetings and learning sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Maintain expertise in medical terminology and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Accurately track and report activities, including time spent on records, audits, and other reporting functions as assigned by Operations and QA teams.
Quality Assurance
- Adhere to quality standards indicated in the QA plan, ensuring >95% accuracy in all project data.
- Receive feedback from Quality Analysts and ensure the timely reconciliation of errors.
- Participate in quarterly Inter Rater Reliability (IRR) exercises.
Special Projects
- Lead or contribute to special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed by management.
Security Responsibilities
- Ensure that all system passwords are kept confidential and not shared.
- Lock systems when not in use to maintain data security.
- Ensure no unauthorized applications are used, and sensitive patient health information (PHI) is not saved on the company’s domain.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Educational Background: Graduate/PG in Medicos, including degrees such as BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD.
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in clinical or non-clinical fields.
- Additional Skills: Should be presentable, pleasant, and able to multitask. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
