Qualifications:
- B.Tech
- B.Sc
- MS/M.Sc (Science)
Experience: 2 – 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage bioreactors/fermenters.
- Prepare media systems efficiently.
- Handle downstream process equipment such as Chromatography Systems, Filtration Systems, Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration (UF/DF) Systems, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) Systems, Evaporators, and Freeze Dryers (Lyophilizers).
- Lead and manage the development and optimization of cell culture or fermentation processes to produce therapeutic proteins or biologics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process transfers from development to manufacturing.
