Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Advisor, you will:
- Develop the Therapeutic Area (TA) Medical Strategy: Act as a core scientific member of the cross-functional franchise team, providing the scientific foundation for the CVAD strategy.
- Manage Medical Activities: Oversee a range of activities including research, publications, medical education, and patient support programs.
- Engage Thought Leaders: Collaborate with key opinion leaders through strategic medical affairs activities.
- Execute the Medical Affairs Plan: Ensure optimal execution of the strategic medical affairs plan across various regions, focusing on medical education and product training.
- Provide Scientific Insights: Deliver the latest scientific updates to sales and marketing teams, acting as a therapeutic area scientific expert.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background:
- MBBS with MD in Pharmacology/Medicine or a postgraduate qualification in medicine.
Experience:
- 2-4 years as a Medical Advisor in the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
- Strong academic background in CVAD.
- Knowledge of clinical trials and expertise in medical writing.
- Familiarity with regulations and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
