As a Data Analyst at Gainwell, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of the members they serve.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate mapping documents, supporting ETL/Reporting/Conversion developers, and ensuring synchronization between configuration, interfaces, and mappings. This position requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of healthcare-related data processes.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Mapping Documentation: Create and maintain accurate mapping documents following the established mapping processes.
  • ETL/Reporting/Conversion Support: Assist developers by providing first drafts and solutions for ETL/Reporting/Conversion coding based on mapping details.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the configuration team and database administrators (DBAs) to ensure the consistency of configurations and mappings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and requirement analysis, and design mapping documents. Present findings to team members, clients, and vendors, suggesting best practices and improvements.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare/business concepts in areas such as member eligibility, third-party liability (TPL), claims processing, providers, and pharmacy claims.
  • SQL Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities to convey findings and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience:
    • Data mapping experience is essential.
    • Background in Conversion, Interface, or Reporting processes is preferred.
    • Familiarity with QXNT is a plus, but not mandatory.
