Positions: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
Qualifications: ITI/Diploma
Experience: 3 – 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machines such as:
- Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA)
- Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor
- Compression machines (Fette, Korsch)
- Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson)
- Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG)
- Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish)
- Imprinting, Visual Inspection, Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO)
- Performing line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.
Packing
Positions: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
Qualifications: ITI/Diploma
Experience: 3-12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machines such as:
- CVC bulk packing
- Sachet packing
- Blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac)
- Performing line clearance and cleaning equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.
Engineering
Positions: Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
Qualifications: Diploma/ITI
Experience: 3-12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant maintenance roles including fitter, electrician, instrument mechanic, and HVAC validation/chiller/BMS Operator.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of OSD plant equipment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems and instrument calibration of OSD plant equipment.
- Knowledge of instruments such as sensors, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and experience in calibration activities.
Note
- Candidates with exposure in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements of documentation, and cGMP will have an added advantage.
