1. Document Editing and Quality Review

  • Deliver error-free, high-quality regulatory and publication documents that meet international English standards.
  • Correct grammar, formatting, and logic flaws, ensuring consistency between related documents.
  • Follow internal templates and style guides for accuracy.
  • Verify data across documents to maintain consistency and meet compliance requirements.

2. Publishing and Document Finalization

  • Produce eCTD-compliant PDFs using publishing software.
  • Format Word documents to meet regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure final PDFs meet all industry standards by conducting reviews and edits.

3. Process Optimization and Technology Advancements

  • Use software tools and workflows to enhance document development efficiency.
  • Propose new processes to streamline tasks, reduce redundancies, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain proficiency with key technology tools and suggest enhancements for better outcomes.

4. Therapeutic Knowledge and Disease Management

  • Develop a solid understanding of relevant products and disease areas.
  • Stay updated on trial designs, rationale, and data to apply insights in communication tasks.

5. Training and Team Collaboration

  • Provide coaching and guidance to new specialists or team members in specific areas.
  • Coordinate with vendors if tasks are outsourced, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
