Job Overview
- Position: Quality Control Officer/Senior Officer
- Qualifications: BSc, MSc, or B.Tech in Biotechnology
- Experience Required: 3 to 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Officer/Senior Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Distribution of bulk, intermediate, and finished product samples for analysis
- HPLC & GC Column Management
- Working Standard Management
- Stock maintenance of instrument accessories
- Reviewing chromatographic generated data
- Preparation of Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished and in-process product samples after analysis
- Qualification and training of new employees
- Reviewing analytical method validation data
- Reviewing cleaning method validation data
- Reviewing technology transfer protocols, reports, and raw data
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) as required
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in BSc, MSc, or B.Tech Biotechnology or related fields
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques
- Familiarity with industry SOPs, GMP, and GLP standards
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills
