Pharmazone is actively hiring for the Bioanalytical Research Coordinator position to strengthen its bioanalytical research and development efforts. Position Details
- Role: Bioanalytical Research Coordinator
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience Required: 1–3 Years
- Education Qualification: Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science
- Special Requirement: LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) experience
Key Responsibilities
- Method Development and Validation:
- On-site review of method development and validation data and associated procedures.
- Monitor the bioanalytical phase to ensure compliance.
- Sample Analysis:
- Manage incurred samples reanalysis, repeats, and batch failures.
- Conduct investigations during the bioanalytical phase.
- Project Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Head of the Department to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare monitoring checklists and reports.
- Perform monitoring activities based on sponsor expectations.
- Training & Development:
- Participate in training new joiners.
- Maintain personal training records.
- Client Relations:
- Address and fulfill client requirements, actively contributing to new initiatives.
Requirements
- Frequent Travel: Extensive traveling is essential, including potential international travel.
- Communication Skills: Strong email and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- LCMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with LCMS systems is mandatory.
- Adaptability: Willingness to engage with clients and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
