Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Clinical Project Coordinator

As a Trainee Clinical Project Coordinator, you will:

  1. Manage Client Interface:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables and specifications.
    • Address client queries and negotiate terms as needed.
  2. Ensure Budget Compliance:
    • Monitor project progress to keep activities within budget.
    • Track staff time spent on projects and recognize revenue.
    • Handle out-of-scope activities and make adjustments where required.
  3. Maintain Compliance with SOPs and GCP Standards:
    • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, industry guidelines, regulatory standards, and GCP regulations.
  4. Program Planning and Resource Allocation:
    • Assist in developing timelines, budgets, and allocation of resources.
    • Support personnel management by delegating tasks efficiently across departments.
  5. Coordinate Cross-functional Teams:
    • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Medical, Regulatory, IT, and Legal to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project completion.
  6. Communicate Effectively:
    • Plan and execute meetings, presentations, and status updates for internal teams and clients.
  7. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Take on other duties as assigned by the company to ensure project success.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Education: B. Pharmacy or B.Sc in Life Sciences.
  • Eligibility: Only graduates from 2023 or 2024 can apply.
  • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site position).
