Key Responsibilities as a Trainee Clinical Project Coordinator
As a Trainee Clinical Project Coordinator, you will:
- Manage Client Interface:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables and specifications.
- Address client queries and negotiate terms as needed.
- Ensure Budget Compliance:
- Monitor project progress to keep activities within budget.
- Track staff time spent on projects and recognize revenue.
- Handle out-of-scope activities and make adjustments where required.
- Maintain Compliance with SOPs and GCP Standards:
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, industry guidelines, regulatory standards, and GCP regulations.
- Program Planning and Resource Allocation:
- Assist in developing timelines, budgets, and allocation of resources.
- Support personnel management by delegating tasks efficiently across departments.
- Coordinate Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Medical, Regulatory, IT, and Legal to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project completion.
- Communicate Effectively:
- Plan and execute meetings, presentations, and status updates for internal teams and clients.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Take on other duties as assigned by the company to ensure project success.
Qualifications for the Role
- Education: B. Pharmacy or B.Sc in Life Sciences.
- Eligibility: Only graduates from 2023 or 2024 can apply.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site position).
