Job Responsibilities

Production Executive / Senior Executive (30 Openings)

• Operate and monitor batch processes in API manufacturing.
• Handle reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other API equipment efficiently.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.
• Manage shift operations to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in pharmaceutical production.

Quality Control (QC) Executive (10 Openings)

• Conduct raw material (RM), packaging material (PM), in-process (IP), and finished product (FP) analysis.
• Operate and maintain HPLC and GC equipment for accurate testing.
• Prepare and document GMP-compliant quality reports.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in API and pharmaceutical quality control.

M.Sc. Organic Chemistry Freshers (30 Openings)

• Participate in a 3-month training program in API production processes.
• Transition to a 6-month probation period with performance-based confirmation.
• Assist in batch operations and learn GMP documentation under supervision.
• Contribute to innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Production Executive / Senior Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) with 3-8 years of API manufacturing experience. Expertise in batch operations, GMP documentation, and handling reactors, centrifuges, and dryers.
• QC Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2-6 years of experience in API/pharma QC. Proficiency in RM/PM/IP/FP analysis and HPLC/GC operations.
• M.Sc. Organic Chemistry Freshers: 2023/2024/2025 pass-outs in Organic Chemistry. No prior experience required; enthusiasm for learning API production is essential.
