Job Responsibilities

As a team member at Harman Finochem Ltd, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our API manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting HPLC, GC, UV, and water analyses as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMRR) standards.
• Implementing change controls and managing deviations to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Performing API manufacturing, including intermediate handling and SRP processing, to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency in production and quality processes.
• Documenting processes and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in these roles, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E. (Chemical), or Diploma (Chemical).
• Experience: 2 to 8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, API production, quality assurance, or quality control.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and UV analysis.
  • Knowledge of GMP, change control, and deviation management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
