Available Positions and Qualifications

Neogen Chemicals is recruiting for the following positions at their Dahej facility:

1. Safety Executive / Senior Executive (1 Vacancy)
   • Qualification: BE Chemical / MSc / BSc + PDIS
   • Experience: 4 to 8 years
   • Key Focus: HAZOP, HIRA, Safety Procedures and Documentation
2. Production Plant Supervisor (30+ Vacancies)
   • Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
   • Experience: 4 to 6 years
   • Key Focus: Batch process operation experience, Plant Commissioning in DCS operated plant
3. Production DCS Supervisor / Executive (9 Vacancies)
   • Qualification: Diploma Chemical & BE Chemical
   • Experience: 4 to 6 years
   • Key Focus: Batch process operation experience, Plant Commissioning, Thorough knowledge of DCS System and Processes. Preference for Yokogawa/Honeywell DCS system candidates
4. QC Executive / Senior Executive (10 Vacancies)
   • Qualification: MSc Chemistry
   • Experience: 4 to 8 years
   • Key Focus: Chemical testing and instrumental techniques (GC, HPLC, IC, ICP-OES, auto titrator, KF titrator, pH Meter, MP Apparatus, RM analysis), Performing analysis of market complaints, Stability, process validation samples, Cleaning Validation samples, statistical analysis, Calibration and Equipment handling

• Safety Roles: Conduct HAZOP and HIRA studies, develop and implement safety procedures, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and promote a safe working environment in the chemical plant.
• Production Roles: Oversee batch process operations, supervise plant commissioning activities in a DCS-controlled environment, monitor production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations in the new facility.
• QC Roles: Perform advanced chemical and instrumental analysis, handle stability testing, process validation, cleaning validation, investigate market complaints, maintain equipment calibration, and ensure quality standards are met through statistical analysis.

These roles involve working in a state-of-the-art plant focused on organic and inorganic specialty chemicals, with opportunities to contribute to commissioning and scaling up production.
