Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, clear, and empathetic responses related to pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Document and process queries efficiently in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Work in rotational shifts to support global stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in medical communication, customer support, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication (both written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
