Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (injectables, tablets, syrups, etc.)
• Perform in-process quality checks and documentation as per cGMP norms
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Ensure batch records, logbooks, and BMR/BPR are accurately maintained
• Follow safety, health, and environmental protocols at all times
• Participate in qualification, validation, and continuous improvement activities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: 1 to 10 years (freshers with strong academic records may also apply for Operator roles)
• Candidates with hands-on experience in sterile injectables, OSD, or liquid manufacturing will be preferred
