Job Responsibilities

As a Downstream Process Executive at Ichor Biologics, you will play a critical role in the production of plasma-derived therapies. Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining equipment such as Chromatography systems, AKTA, TFF systems, and Centrifuge systems.
• Performing column packing and unpacking to ensure efficient processing.
• Preparing buffers for downstream processes with precision.
• Ensuring GMP compliance through meticulous documentation and process adherence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, or any relevant degree in life sciences or related fields.
• Experience: 2-4 years in downstream processing within the biologics or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Chromatography, AKTA, TFF systems, and centrifuge operations.
• Documentation: Expertise in GMP-compliant documentation and process awareness.
• Preferences: Male candidates with experience in biologics companies are preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
