Current Open Positions in Our Technical Service Team:

We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to fill the following roles across multiple locations:

• Application Specialist: Responsibilities include providing technical support, training, and application expertise to clients on our advanced diagnostic equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Deputy Regional Service Manager: This role involves overseeing and coordinating the technical service team within a designated region, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Leadership and management experience are highly desirable.
• Area Service Manager: You will be responsible for leading a team of service engineers, managing service schedules, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Service Engineer: As a Service Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and ensure optimal performance of our diagnostic systems. Prior experience in biomedical equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Trainee Engineer – PS: This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of diagnostic equipment maintenance and repair.
