Position Overview
Job Title: International Voice Process
Experience Level: Freshers
Shift Timings: US Night Shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or Diploma in fields such as BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), MBA, MCA.
- Year of Graduation: 2019-2024
- Note: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Address Accounts Receivable (AR): Resolve outstanding payments via phone calls and analytical tools.
- Troubleshoot Payment Issues: Handle claims, appeals, and patient transfers effectively.
- Identify Trends and Errors: Spot claim errors and billing roadblocks for efficient resolution.
- Documentation: Record call outcomes in line with company policies.
- Meet SLA Targets: Consistently achieve productivity and quality standards.
