• MSc in Organic Chemistry
• BE/B. Tech in Chemical Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 9 years
• Number of Positions: 10

Key Responsibilities

As a crucial member of our R&D team, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Flow Reactor Selection and Modification

• Identify suitable flow reactors for various projects.
• Modify existing systems to enhance efficiency and performance.

1. Laboratory Planning and Characterization

• Develop and plan experimental protocols.
• Characterize raw materials (RM) and work samples (WS) to ensure quality and compliance.

1. Process Scale-Up

• Successfully scale up processes from the lab to production.
• Prepare raw material specifications for new product development.

1. Stability and Impurity Studies

• Conduct detailed stability studies to gauge the performance of compounds.
• Carry out impurity analysis to enhance product purity and reliability.

1. Development Reporting and Technology Transfer

• Prepare comprehensive development reports documenting progress and findings.
• Manage the transfer of technology from R&D to production.

1. Risk Analysis and Manpower Oversight

• Perform meticulous risk analyses to ensure project safety.
• Oversee shift manpower to ensure efficient workflow in the lab.

1. Resource Management and Coordination

• Handle raw material requisitions with precision.
• Work collaboratively with R&D and analytical teams to align goals.
