Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and monitor chemical reactions independently.
• Optimize reaction conditions for improved yields and purity.
• Purify compounds using techniques like Column Chromatography, Crystallization, etc.
• Characterize compounds via MS, 1H NMR, and other analytical methods.
• Maintain detailed lab records, write technical reports, and conduct literature searches (SciFinder).
• Ensure lab safety, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
