Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates selected will handle key operational and quality functions, including:
- Manufacturing processes in injectables (vial filling, lyophilization, sealing, autoclaving) and OSD production.
- Quality control testing, analytical methods, and documentation compliance.
- Quality assurance activities such as IPQA, validations, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
- Microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, microbial limit tests, and sterility assurance.
- Adhering to GMP standards, performing line clearances, in-process checks, and maintaining cleanroom protocols.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience Level: Freshers to 9 years
- Suitable for candidates with exposure to sterile manufacturing, regulatory audits (USFDA, etc.), and pharma documentation.
