Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Testing of in-process, finished product, stability, and cleaning validation samples
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, Dissolution, GC, LIMS, and other analytical instruments
- Documentation as per GMP and regulatory standards
Quality Assurance (QA)
- IPQA, AQL monitoring, process & cleaning validation coordination
- Sampling of in-process, finished products, and hold-time study samples
- Batch record review and regulatory compliance
Engineering & Maintenance (OSD Formulation)
- Hands-on maintenance of granulation, compression, coating, and capsule-filling machines
- Instrumentation troubleshooting, SCADA, PLC programming
- Electrical systems (HT/LT, transformers, access control, lifts)
- Project execution and regulatory audit exposure
