Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other API manufacturing equipment
- Perform in-process quality checks and documentation as per cGMP standards
- Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the API production block
- Coordinate with QC, QA, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations
- Participate in scale-up, validation batches, and process improvement activities
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech / BE Chemical, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- 0–8 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical API manufacturing (bulk drugs)
- Freshers with strong academic records are also welcome for Trainee roles
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
