Job Responsibilities
API Production (Executive/Sr. Executive)
- Execute hormonal API production activities following cGMP guidelines.
- Operate isolators and handle high-potent compounds safely.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Maintain clean-room discipline for high-quality production standards.
Quality Control (Executive/Sr. Executive)
- Analyze raw materials, in-process, and finished products using analytical instruments like HPLC and GC.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Document analytical results accurately to support product quality assurance.
Process R&D and Analytical Validations (Executive to Jr. Manager)
- Conduct process development, scale-up, and technology transfer for APIs.
- Perform analytical method validation for raw materials and finished products.
- Handle impurity profiling and prepare regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
- API Production: Any Graduation with 3–8 years of experience in hormonal or oncology API production.
- Quality Control: B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry with 2–8 years of experience in analytical testing (HPLC/GC).
- Process R&D: M.Sc Chemistry or B.Pharma with 0–6 years of experience in process development.
- Analytical Validations: M.Sc/B.Pharma with 1–10 years of experience in analytical method validation.
