Job Responsibilities
HR – Trainee Officer
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR documentation and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training programs and employee welfare initiatives.
Accounts – Senior Executive
- Manage financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets.
- Oversee budgeting, auditing, and tax compliance.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
Production – Officer
- Monitor production processes for tablets and capsules in the OSD section.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Coordinate with quality control for product standards.
Operators (Compression, Granulation, Strip, Coating, Blister, Capsule)
- Operate and maintain machinery for tablet/capsule production.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with SOPs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- HR – Trainee Officer: MBA, BBA, M.Com, or B.Com (Freshers welcome).
- Accounts – Senior Executive: M.Com or B.Com with 4–7 years of experience.
- Production – Officer: M.Sc or B.Pharm with 1–3 years of experience.
- Operators (Compression, Granulation, Strip, Coating, Blister, Capsule): ITI certification with 1–5 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
