Job Responsibilities
Natco Pharma is seeking candidates for the following roles:
1. Operators & Supervisors (OSD Production & Packing)
- Operate advanced equipment in Granulation (RMG, FBD, ACG, GEA), Compression (GEA, Sejong), Coating (NEOCOTA), Capsule Filling (Bosch, MG02), Blister Packing (CAM NMX, HV1, BQS, IMA/ACG), and Bottle Packing (CVC, Optel) lines.
- Supervise production lines, ensuring seamless operations in granulation, compression, coating, and packing processes.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written English to coordinate with teams.
2. Training Coordinator (OSD & Sterile Production & Packing)
- Conduct SOP training sessions for staff, casual workers, and workmen to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Deliver hands-on training on the shop floor for efficient pharma production processes.
- Maintain accurate training records for compliance and audits.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse teams.
Qualifications
- Operators & Supervisors:
- Education: ITI, Diploma (Mechanical/Engineering), D.Pharma, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 0–6 years (freshers from 2024/25 batches are eligible).
- Training Coordinator:
- Education: B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 3–6 years in pharmaceutical training or production.
