Key Responsibilities of Medical Representative / Business Executive
- Promote ethical pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and chemists in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ensure timely product availability at stockists and retail counters
- Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and follow-up updates
- Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and product awareness activities
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications Required
For Freshers:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned headquarters
For Experienced Candidates:
- Any Graduate (preferably with 1+ years of pharma sales experience)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Existing doctor/chemist network in Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be an advantage
