Job Responsibilities
As a Trainee Associate at GeneSys Biologics, you will contribute to the development and production of high-quality insulin biosimilars. Responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Support documentation, compliance with global regulatory standards (US, EU, ROW), and quality management systems.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform analytical testing, validate processes, and ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Formulation R&D: Assist in developing and optimizing bioprocesses, conducting experiments, and supporting technology transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology, M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry, or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of bioprocess sciences, and familiarity with GMP and regulatory standards.
