Available Positions
Sanzyme Pvt Ltd is hiring for the following roles in their injectable unit:
- TQMS – Assistant Manager / Senior Executive
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in Third Party Manufacturing and Vendor Related activities in an injectable unit.
- Process Mechanical – Technician / Senior Technician
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in process mechanical (Production) of an injectable unit.
- QC – Trainee Executive / Executive
- Experience: 0 to 2 years.
- Qualification: M.Sc in Organic/Analytical Chemistry.
- Production Executive / Technician
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Injectable Unit.
These roles are exclusively for male candidates and based at the Kolthur Village, Shamirpet facility in Genome Valley, Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the position, key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing third-party manufacturing operations, vendor management, and compliance in TQMS roles.
- Handling process mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support in injectable manufacturing.
- Performing quality control testing, analysis, documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in QC roles.
- Managing production activities, batch manufacturing, filling, and sterilization processes in injectable production.
All roles require a strong commitment to GMP, safety protocols, and quality in a sterile injectable environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant experience in injectable pharma units is essential for most positions.
- Educational qualifications: M.Sc Chemistry for QC roles; Diploma/IT/B.Tech for technical/production roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO, etc.), problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in a pharmaceutical setting.
Immediate joiners with hands-on experience in sterile injectables will be given priority.
Salary and Benefits
Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards in Telangana:
- Assistant Manager/Senior Executive: ₹10-15 Lakhs per annum
- Senior Technician/Executive: ₹5-8 Lakhs per annum
- Trainee Executive/Fresher: ₹3-5 Lakhs per annum
- Technician/Production Roles: ₹4-7 Lakhs per annum
