Job Responsibilities
Production/Packing (B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Freshers/0-5 yrs)
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure high-quality output.
- Execute packing processes as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor and document production activities for compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to meet regulatory standards.
Production/Packing FTC (SSC/HSSC/ITI/Diploma)
- Assist in production and packing operations under supervision.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Support inventory management and material handling.
- Follow safety protocols and report operational discrepancies.
EHS (BE/Diploma, 5-10 yrs | ADIS Certified)
- Implement and monitor Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train staff on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma, 1-5 yrs)
- Maintain and troubleshoot pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration schedules.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Support process optimization and equipment upgrades.
IT (BE/Diploma/BCA, 2-3 yrs)
- Manage IT systems and software for operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Assist in system upgrades and data management projects.
Qualifications
- Production/Packing: B.Pharm/M.Pharm for skilled roles; SSC/HSSC/ITI/Diploma for FTC roles. Freshers or 0-5 years of experience.
